This happens when i boot my laptop

{this hangs for approximately 2 minutes then the following occurs:}

Booting 'Enter Command Line'

Boot failed! Press any key to enter command line.
please help me!!!

Do you have multiple operating systems installed? You will need to find your Windows vista install dvd or usb stick and use that to boot the system to do a system restore. If your laptop didn't come with one(s) you might need to contact the manufacturer to obtain the disks.
