Can I install WIN 10 on a 119GB ADATA SX6000NP M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x2 SSID NVMe 1.2 mounted on a Mailiya M.2 PCMIe adapter in main board PCIe x4 bus slot on a Dell Optiplex 790.

Adata Dive is NOT seen in BIOS in Legacy boot mode. Win 10 install Does see the drive.

If not seen as a bootable device in the BIOS, then I don't think you can install directly easily. If you can install the drivers for the adapter during the Windows 10 installation process, you might be able to do something. However, I think with the BIOS lack of recognition, you efforts are likely for naught.

Yes, you are correct. Win 10 would install on GPT partition, but BIOS did not see the disk/card in slot 4. Moving on.
