I have 2 WD hard disks both of 1 TB, I dont remember exactly, but both had windows 8.1 installations a year ago on separate PCs and then I built a new PC and plugged both of these Hard Disks, since then I have been using Windows without any trouble but I didn't realise until now that one is MBR and second is GPT.
The problem is, the MBR has boot partition that has Windows 10 and the GPT partition has Windows Boot Manager..
I have a spare PC which I wanted to use so I thought to remove one hard disk(GPT one) then error popped and I realised that harddisk had Boot Manager and the MBR hard disk has the boot files(Windows 10)..
How do I separate these two hard disks without any data loss or like deleting and reinstalling Windows 10?

I just want the Windows Boot Manager to be on the MBR disk which has the Windows 10 boot partition..
