Hello, I am experiencing an odd problem that I suspect may be the power supply, well, I turned on my computer about 2 weeks ago with a light over clock on the processor and GPU as in 3.8GHz to 4.0 (AMD A10-5800k) and my graphics card (GeForce 1060) and I think I may have wore out my 6-7 year old PSU as now when I boot it may be 10-15 minutes before it shuts off and does a power on, power off boot cycle, and sometimes it won’t do it at all until I play an intensive game like Beamng or GTA V, and I think the power output and reliability of my PSU(EVGA 600b) Has gone down the drain....

I know for the it’s not a CPU or mobo problem, or ram because these wouldn’t allow a boot into windows, it would bootloop at bios if these were the case...

I find it odd when it does die like it did just now, the HDD lights will shine and do 1 flash then 3 quick flashes like constant power on and power off loop. I have removed the card, and used the Onboard graphics via my integrated GPU, and it still does it, which again I found odd, but here are my specs if anyone can help

AMD A10-5800K
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6G
16Gb (4x4) Ripjaws 1866 DDR3
2 500Gb 3.5 HDDS
2 500Gb 2.4 HDDS
Deepcool 120 Captain liquid cooler
EVGA 600b PSU

Solution
Being you suspect it's the PSU......I would be checking the voltages.

You can do this with software (HWMonitor/HWInfo) or hardware (voltmeter).

The positive voltages should be within 5% of nominal and the negative voltages should be within 10% of nominal.
