Boot loop, cant get into BIOS

Specs:
Pentium G4560(new)
Gigabyte h110m gaming 3(new)
Gamemax GP 550
1TB HDD
No ram because i just wanted to enter BIOS(unless it's needed?)
HIS AMD R7 250 2GB DDR5(unplugged)


So far i've tried clearing the CMOS but it didnt work.

You need ram and unless you updated the BIOS to support that CPU. Since it's a Kaby Lake it wont post

Thanks for the reply, i'll come back here when i get some sticks. Also side note, the seller said they already updated the BIOS.

Installing ram should do something then. If it doesnt then the seller didnt update the BIOS

Any negative impact if it turns out they havent updated the BIOS?

It wont turn on if the bios hasnt been updated. It has to be updated to support that CPU
