Question Boot Loop Due to Hardware Compatibility Issues

INTEL I7-9700K
GIGABYTE B365 ULTRA DURABLE
G.SKILL 16GB DDR4 3200
SANDISK 256GB ULTRA 3D SSD
CORSAIR 750W CX
WINDOWS10 PRO 64BIT

I have been having recurring issues with so many boards lately. Windows keeps crashing and entering a boot loop. I can't tell if it RAM compatibility, BIOS updates that need to happen, or a Processor/Motherboard issue.

I wish I could begin to diagnose everything I have done, but I've been at it for a week constantly. I'm almost certain its something with the processor/mobo combination or something with the BIOS. These new generation processors with various combinations of motherboards are really annoying.

Motherboard has support for DDR4 2666/2400/2133 MHz memory modules, not 3200MHz.
