Boot loop Help!!!!

My computer is a brand new build from Ibuypower PC. It has an i7 7700 processor, an Asus h270 motherboard, MSI gtx 1060 3gb, 120gb ssd, 1 TB hard drive and all it will do is boot to the bios no further I will get maybe an ipx4 error to try and network boot but then right back to bios. Everything was fine till today. The computer is not even two weeks old yet any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

If there is an os somewhere, have you tried to boot from it from the bios.

Yes it has been working fine. The Os is on the SSD and yes I did try to boot from the bios to the SSD even tried the HDD just for the heck of it I guess knowing it is just data on it.

someone went into your bios and changed some settings. the ipx message is under network devices someone turned on ipx. turn it off. if the rig still wont boot go into the bios reset it back to factory default and see if it boots.
