Boot loop on anything more than 1 RAM

Hi,

I've just finished my Threadripper build, tried to boot it up on 4, 3, 2 RAM sticks and it never worked.
I then plugged one RAM stick on the first slot (A1 channel) and it POSTed just fine. I did clear CMOS for the higher module counts but none worked.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X
Mobo: ASUS ROG ZENITH EXTREME X399
AIO Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62
RAM: 4x 8GB G.Skill DDR4 TridentZ RGB memory (rated high at 3866MHz but underclocked to the recommended 2133MHz, totally expected it).

I need help from anyone with experience here, much appreciated.

Regards.

[quotemsg=20260242,0,2329476]Did you try setting the rated 1.35v when booting from one stick, before adding the others?[/quotemsg]

Nope, but managed to get it to POST successfully by re-arranging the RAM sticks, weird tbh. Thanks for your help though!

Did you check your RAM is on the QVL list?

I don't see any 3866MHz model on that list.

Yeah, TridentZ RGBs are there, but mine has higher frequency rate (Because I was going for a Skylake-X build initially), I did expect the RAM modules to be underclocked after all.
