Question boot loop on new computer

my new computer that I built has never got out of a boot loop I got pc help and they said my ram did not match my motherboard but before I buy it I want to make sure that could be the issue because when I unplug it still boot loop and when I put back in, it boot loop still but and I have unplugged everything separate and got a new power supply and new motherboard

So I built a gaming computer for myself but I have not even got it to bios it keeps have long a boot loop and take every part out 1 by 1 and got a new motherboard I not now want the problem is

no it has not even got the far to show anything on the screen

so you did change the cpu.
did you test with 1 stick, with only the igpu?
check for bend pin on the socket?
