Boot loop problem

I've a gigabyte motherboard and lately I've been experiencing problems with it lately. It goes into boot loop and I've to reset the PSU (manually switch it off and on again) multiple times to get into windows OS. The problem isn't bios settings for sure.
This is what I get before the computer does it again infinitely.

Please, any help?

I've been experiencing this problem since a month or so.
Currently my OS is windows 10. It happened since windows 8.
PC is 2.5 years old, I built it myself but this happened after 2.5 years.
I recently purchased a new PSU which rules out the possibility of it being faulty.
HDD and SSD are fine, OS is fine, ran that scan now check on cmd.
RAM is fine, checked BIOS, all settings seem to be fine.
