either the motherboard, or the cpu.

unles you have an access to bios programmer like CH341A to pull your bios, and flash a fresh bios (while keeping your original bios file safely), prolly you need to test the cpu on other mobo.

Hi do u remember me, im the guy who gets black screen, your the one who told me to install the bios update

Anyway i will test tomorrow on another mobo.
Btw the cpu heats during this boot loop, which means it receives the power, but idk, i will update u tomorrow.

alright, hope the problem could get solved XD, sometimes its just a hassle to test mobo and cpu interchangeably XD
