Question BOOT LOOPING PLZ HELP

My Asrock B450m pro4 is boot looping with my ryzen 5 3400g and I dont know how to fix it without bringing it to store or buying a new cpu to update it because frankly that seems like a waste of money. I tried to open the pc with my Ryzen 5 2400g but it kept looping so IS this mobo compatible? Is it broken? The both the cpus are completely fine because I used them in a B450m-HDV and the pc runs just fine but the HDMI port is broken so I cant even use that. If anyone has answers or suggest please comment asap. This is my first pc Ive assembled and it has not gone very well.

So did you updated the BIOS of the Asrock B450m Pro 4?, What BIOS version are you using?

Ryzen 5 2400g should work on that motherboard without any special BIOS.

Have you tried installing the old Ryzen 2400G, then with the PC turned Off and unplugged from the wall, remove the cmos battery for 5~10 mins to clear the bios settings before turning it on again?

I do not know what version of the bios i'm using because I cannot open the pc without a boot loop. The only time the boot loop does occur is when I don't have the cpu plugged in and my psu works perfectly (ive tested it).

The problem is fixed but idk how to close thread
