Boot Manager (Failed)

Please help, My Lenovo G780 doesn't boot windows , Everytime I boot it, The Boot manager appears, it is written like this:

Boot Optiom Menu

windows boot manager <HGST HTS545050A7E380>
EFI Network 0 for IPv6 <20-89-84-3A-2A-BE>
EFI Network 0 for IPv4 <20-89-84-3A-2A-BE>

⬆️ and ⬇️ to change option, Enter to select an option


I am trying to atleast to boot to Advanced Start Up, I tried f8, f12, del, f1 and everything I read in different forums

please tell me what to do, I need my laptop for my school thesis

You will need to boot up off the Win8 install, repair, or recovery disk.
if you don't happen to have one you can make a usb flash drive into one and boot off of that using Microsofts own utility

It appears that your laptop is attempting to boot from the netrwork, so your harddrive may be having issues. I hope your thesis work is very well backed up.
