Question Boot screen blinking

After boot screen it is blinking underscore and if PrtScr/SysRq is pressed it sound beep

Mac keyboards don't have a PrtScr/SysReq key. The Apple web pages give a lot of help with boot problems on Macs.

Do you have BootCamp installed? A blinking underscore is only on PCs...
If you do, try holding down the Alt/Option key when you hit the power button. It should then display a number of boot options
