Boot slow even after hibernation.

My pc is very slow to boot. it takes about 5 min. bios also very slow.
OS: Windows 10 OS buid 17134.376
CPU: i7 3770
RAM: 2x4GB
MB: Asus H61
HDD: 500GB and 1TB

switch to an SSD. this problem bearly exist with these amazing drives.
as for the bios i dont have the knowledge and dont want to mislead you.
