Boot Time Is Complete Garbage And Games Keep Crashing

I got new PC parts for Christmas. Every time I boot my PC it takes approx. 1 minute and 10 seconds to boot to windows (Includes post with fast boot turned on). Before I changed my motherboard, cpu, ram, and gpu it would boot within 10 seconds. Also my games on both of my ssd's will randomly crash and lock up. Windows is installed on the m.2 ssd.


I have an Intel i-7 7700k, evga tfw 1070, Asus MARK 1 TUF z270 motherboard, with a 256gb Samsung 960 pro Nvme ssd, samsung 850 evo 250 gb 2.5" ssd, and a tb WD Blue HDD 7200 RPM.
