Boot up time very very slow.

I have Dell Inspiron 5370 (Windows 10).

After having some issues with my laptop I had to change my motherboard which in turn would have also changed the bios settings. Now the problem is that to boot up it takes up a long time for some reason. The Dell logo also shows up twice on boot up after replacing the motherboard.

The issue might be something related to the boot order

AND MY SSD has some Bitlocker password crap on it given by windows. (i think)

What does boot order look like? So PC does boot eventually? How long roughly?

you can try this to fix boot - https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-rebuild-the-bcd-in-windows-2624508

You might need a clean install since its got a new motherboard and its possible settings in bios don't match what windows is expecting to find. Could also be a driver thing.
