Bootable drive not working

I created a bootable drive from the Windows Media creation tool and plug it in into my new pc i just built but it just keeps booting up the bios and not downloading the OS (windoes 10)

Could you please provide some more information? Is this an internal drive you are talking about?
Are you trying to perform a clean OS installation?
You will need a bootable flash drive or a CD, which you will boot from. Then, you can boot from it and install OS onto your internal HDD.

It's a brand new pc i just built and the bootable drive is a flash drive 2.0 that has windows 10 os. I saw from a video that instead of buying a CD to install the OS you can create a bootable flash drive insert it turn on the PC and it would download the OS and you would just put in the key

Well, yeah. That is the way the things should happen.

Did you successfully create the bootable flash drive?

You can go to BIOS and adjust your boot order. Make sure the USB flash drive is the first boot option.
