[SOLVED] Bootable Flash Drive

So I have a weird question. Is it possible to create a flash drive that I can run Mac Os X off of on my custom built Windows 10 PC? I don't want to put it on any of my internal hard drives and want it to be contained completely on the flash drive. Is something like this possible?
