Bootable USB already formatted to windows 10

Okay so, I recently got a optimized version of windows 11 that I won't say, but I haven't installed it yet because I don't know what to do. I have a bootable USB already formatted to windows 10 installer, so do I need to convert my USB to a normal one, then install windows 11 through Rufus again? Or can I just use my own USB in it's current state.

Rufus will format the USB so you don't have to do anything else to it.
But it would be a good idea to keep the win 10 usb just in case you want to reinstall it after that "optimised" version starts giving you problems.

Optimised how? If it's not come from Microsoft then I would not install it. You have no idea what else might be hidden in there....
