Bootable USB will not boot in another computer

So I needed to format another computer and I did it with a USB because my CD/DVD drive was broken (it shows reading in My Computer but in the end it won't show anything except the insert cd thingy).

I made the bootable USB which I confirmed was working on the laptop I'm using to make it. I formatted it at FAT32 LBA, and not using the UEFI option (as I have read this caused many conflicts related on my own problem).

Like I said, I confirmed it was working on the laptop but when I inserted it on the PC and placed the boot order with USB-HDD as first priority, it didn't recognize anything. I tried going through the order and changed it to USB-HDD first, USB-FDD next then USB-ZIP after. Still, it didn't work. I booted to safe mode (because my computer was super slow which was the cause why I wanted to format it) to check whether the USB was working or not. It was working but it didn't show the "windows with the cd" icon. What do I do?

I just checked under the integrated peripherals section or something and the USB Legacy was enabled.

So I have decided to abandon the bootable usb option to format my computer and leaned on the external cd/dvd rom which I borrowed. Glad to say that the format was a success. I still don't know why the bootable usb didn't work because basically I have tried so many ways to get it to work. Anyway, thanks man for the answers. Appreciate it, my brother 😀
