Booting failure

When I try to boot my Windows from my hard drive, it loads up and shows the windows logo while saying "Starting Windows." However, after a few seconds on loading windows, the logo stops its animation, and everything freezes. It never fully loads. I know it's not a hard drive or OS issue, since I tried booting it up on another computer, and it worked fine. There's definitely something wrong in my BIOS.

I have a Biostar TZ68A+. It would be really helpful if someone could give me advice specific to this motherboard.

Thanks!

You are actually past the BIOS portion of booting so I don't think that your BIOS is your problem. Typically when there is an issue at the windows screen like that with freezes and stops, it's a video card/driver problem. I would try downloading the most up to date video drivers first and see if that doesn't help.
