Solution D_Know_WD Oct 23, 2015 Hi there Shivamxgoswami, It seems that your boot sector is either damaged or missing. Here's an extensive tutorial on how to repair/rebuild it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2622803 In case none of these work, you can use some data recovery tool for DOS mode, back up the data stored on the drive and reinstall OS. Afterwards, it would be nice if you test the drive: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility Cheers, D_Know_WD
