Booting non raid with Sata 2 PCI controller card

Bought IO/Crest Syba sy-pci40010 from Newegg. Did clean Win 7 Pro install. Worked fine – setup no raid. Decided to create Raid 0 with two Hitachi 2TB drives. Worked great. Decided to undo Raid 0 and restore Win 7 Pro image to single system Hitachi hard drive. Now, for Win 7 Pro to boot, must create a Syba Raid Concatenation for one drive. How can I go back to booting the Win 7 Pro in non-raid with the Syba card?

RAID Configurations are stored in the drives partition as well as the RAID Card.

if you made a RAID0 and then made an image of that windows while in RAID0 and then restored it it still thinks it is a RAID even though its not. Only way that i know of around this is to reinstall as a non RAID disk.
