Question Booting problems with Ryzen 5 3600

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: MSI B450M Gaming Plus
Ram: 8GB DDR4 3200MHz
HDD: WD 1TB
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair TX550M (80+ Gold)
OS: Windows 10 Home

BIOS Version/Date: AGESA 1.0.0.3 27/06/2019

When I turn on the computer the Ez Debug Vga light will turn on for about 5-10 seconds, then the Boot light will turn on after the Vga light for 10-15 seconds, Vga will turn on once again for 5-10 seconds and then the computer will boot.
I have been using it for about 1 week. It works fine after it's booted, but i can't live with a computer that will boot in 30 seconds.
What should I do. (I did flash my bios, my computer wouldn't work otherwise)
