Booting taking forever

After updating my Dell inspiron 3000 i5 8g ram with an added gtx 750 ti started to boot up with a black screen with mouse for a second or two before logining on to my computer. I disabled and unistalled the gtx 750 ti driver it booted normally then I reinstalled it to my computer had a full minute of black screen without mouse every time I reboot.What do you think I should do?

have you updated the drivers to the latest version

I tried to install the latest version of the driver on nidiva's website after I uninstalled it and scanned of my drivers to make sure that I was using the latest version
