When I first turn on my computer it freezes...I have to turn
off my computer and re-boot....after several attempts it
works OK...it may freeze within the first few minutes only...
Someone said that the internal battery may be weak? The
computer keeps the correct time? This also happens if the
computer is in the stand-by option also

I would guess that you have a marginal hardware connection that clears
the problem after the system warms a bit. I would pop the cover and
reseat cards, cables, memory and other pluggable items. Ensure main
power cable is disconnected prior to removing cover.
