Question Bootloop after bios update on Z370m aorus gaming

I was on bios f11b and did the update to f12 on @bios, but now I'm in a bootloop and it doesn't change to the backup bios. I tried removing the battery and clearing CMOS but it didn't work. It dosent even show image, just turn on the fans and reboot.

Yes, but no switch. It's automatic, Wich makes it hard to know if I flashed over the backup bios
