Hello everybody. I have a win7 64bit computer with two HDD one 500GB (C:) and one 80GB (D:). I had to format and reinstall win7 to my pc. After the installation finished i found out that the bootmgr file, boot folder and some other (boot related) folders installed in a new partition of D: . Also in the original C: drive the "boot" folder is correct ( i checked it out with my other pc wich also runs win764bit) it has all the files inside it. I would like either to move or to delete the files from the new partition. Is this possible or not?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the community, touvaggeli!

Unfortunately, you might want to consider beginning a clean install of Windows again. What you are encountering most probably is an OS confusion, this usually happens when you have more than one HDD plugged to the SATA ports on the motherboard (You need to unplug all other storage devices from there when installing the OS). Due to this confusion, Windows is storing system files randomly across the HDDs connected at the moment of the installation and that's why you might be having booting issues.
So Back up your data somewhere else, unplug the secondary drive and give it a try!

Let me know how it goes! :)

Well, since you've recently re-installed Windows, I don't see any reason not to do it again. Just make sure your secondary data drive is unplugged from the motherboard. After the installation is completed, connect the drive back to the SATA ports and you should be able to access it. Then, I'd recommend you to back up the data from it on an external or somewhere else and re-format the drive (so the system files from the previous installation would be erased).
In the end, you should be able to transfer your files back to the drive and have your business server up and running flawlessly. :)

Good luck!

Guys i fixed it easily.
1) Create a repair disk
2) Unplug the bootmgr drive
3) Power up the computer and fix the "missing bootmgr file" problem with the repair disk
4) Plug again the bootmgr hdd drive and change the boot sequence so the computer will boot from the correct drive
5) Format the bootmgr drive
