bootmgr is missing

boootmgr is missing nd boot system got password even i didn't creat any password. what can i do? i want to reset my laptop and its window is also crushed. i want to install a new window

use the install disc from windows to repair your windows. the link gives a step by step guide on how to recover the password too.
