Borderlands 2 on a Core 2 Duo performance?

Can someone tell me how Borderlands 2 will run on this computer (at what settings)?

CPU: Core 2 Duo E7600 @3.06GHz
GPU: GTX 550 Ti
RAM: 4GB

It should run fine on high settings.

I have a Core 2 Duo E6850, 560Ti and 4GB and can run all settings at MAX (X8 and x16 AA) too.

Edit: at 1920x1200 resolution.

That's not necessarily true depending on his resolution he may be able to play high settings.

I'm currently playing on a Core 2 Duo E6600 @2.40GHz, with a Radeon HD 4870, and I run at medium settings and everything run really smooth. I might be able to go higher, so you will be alright with what you have.
