Hi guys i bought the bose portable home speaker. On first access, he asked me to update it and I did it. But I'm having problems. The speaker often freezes, it is no longer possible to control it with the physical buttons and not even the app, you can't even turn it off. I have already tried to restore and recover it. This is a new device. Contact the manufacturer for an RMA.
