Question Bose Soundbar 700

I bought a sound bar Bose 700, I connected it via Bluetooth to my pc and it worked fine, I then played around and wanted to set it up via HDMI, it didn't work out so I went back to connect it via Bluetooth and now it lags and skips and I cant figure out why, when I connect via my phone using Bluetooth( android) it works fine, if I connect via apple airplay it works fine, if I connect with my pc it lags and skips . What should I do, I don't want to re install my pc

Go into Bluetooth devices and delete the device. Then proceed to re-pair the soundbar.

i did that already doesnt fix the problm, now the weird thing is that when i connect a ethernet cable to my rounter and my bose sound bar everything works fine, if i turn of the bluetooth it stops working if i disconnect the ethernet cable it starts lagging and skipping again. so in order for it to function good i need to have an ethernet cable and bluetooth connected this is so weird
