um...was talking about the FBI guy climbing over the unlocked fence. Unless. of course this FBI guy did nothing Im not aware of. Further, a trial is warrented. Bad form to let police decide sentences for suspected people.

They turned the greater Boston are into a Police State to search for one person. Motorized hundreds of police and military personnel to perform warrant-less house to house searches.

I'm just waiting for the sympathizers who claim that this level of heavy handed paramilitary reaction was necessary to secure a free republic. Simply remember that this great show or military force DID NOT find the suspect hiding out in the boat, it was a PRIVATE CITIZEN!

I think that right is still guaranteed if : the bridge is in your own backyard, and it is attacking you, and you fear for your life, and can prove that bridges are frightened of urine.

A simple case for lawyers ... who are well versed in this sort of misadventure.

I have two lawyers in the family now ... and frequently make them bad coffees out of lack of respect for the profession.

I'm not paying for any of the weddings unless one signs a prenup and the other doesn't.

ROFLMAO

Marv, Have you noticed your overall attitude is changing?

You keep going and we'll have to get you fitted for a Gorilla suit! :)

At the end of the day, you're still making their coffee. :) And they're probably so used to crap in their mouth it still tastes good.

The Feds owe me a bridge then. I was reading about the SWAT teams that forced people out of their houses to search them. I understand the concept, don't necessarily agree.. I bet a lot of those people were wishing they had their own guns.

In fact, I'd be curious to see if gun ownership and/or purchases spike in Boston.

I Agree!
