Both CTRL Keys not working

Neither of my ctrl keys work now. They worked 100% fine a few minutes ago, then suddenly they stopped working. I used keyboardtester.com and all my keys worked fine other than the ctrl keys. This leads me to assume it is most likely not a hardware issue, however, I'm not 100% sure.

Unplug and reconnect your keyboard to see if "resetting" it that way makes any difference. Maybe try it on a different PC, if it works there, then something may have glitched on your PC, try restarting it.

Already tried unplugging and reconnecting, didnt work. Reset pc, didnt work. I'll try it on a different pc.

Hmm, plugged it into a laptop, ctrl keys didnt work there either. Does this mean its hardware related?

If you try the same keyboard on two different PCs, that should rule out nearly all plausible software and hardware cause outside the keyboard itself.
