Both monitors changing resolution after restart

The problem has started as of today and both monitors switch to a lower resolution and can't switch back to the normal resolution as it doesn't appear anymore. I have reinstalled graphics drivers and it fixed it for my main monitor (I think). My second monitor is the correct resolution but blurry and blown up. this is my set up. Any help would be appreciated

CPU: i7 4790K Cooler: Corsair H100i Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 SSD: Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" HDD: 3TB + 1TB hardrive PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 1300W 80+ Gold Certified OS: Windows 10 64bit

Monitors: BenQ XL2720Z (9BE01273SL0) + HP vs19 (CNC5121HVP)

U checked the normal menu of the monitors? Do you have this problem all the time?
