[SOLVED] Both Psu and mobo work but cant start

Im using r5 2400g ab 350 and a delta dps 400ab 12D psu (moded) both working on its system, but they can't work together.
Cpu fan runs , LAN light runs, mouse light dont run and monitor says "no signal"
