hey I have x4 860k and gt 1030 I will upgrade to gtx 970 my question is will I have a big bottleneck and to get lower fps then the gt 1030

970 is much better and your cpu will bottleneck for sure, but still a good upgrade vs 1030, should get better FPS in those GPU demanding games. What PSU model do you have?

I have very bad psu from 2013 trendosonic but I ordered a Segotep SG-500AE

that new one is still no good, but should be fine with 970.

I would avoid the Segotep. I did a quick search and found nothing good about them.

Do a search on high quality PSUs, and get one. I generally recommend Seasonic, although there are other good brands out there.

yep I can im from Bulgaria and my budget is like 35$ because Im going to buy a iPhone Xr these days and my money will be 35$

but I will spend like 10-15$ and buy a 500W Cooler Master Elite V3 or Cougar VTE500 is it good?

Not sure about the V3 . . the V2 I heard was mediocre.

I haven't found anything positive about the VTE500. I would strongly recommend coming up with a little more cash for the PSU, as you don't want something that will fail and possibly damage your PC components.

Get the Cooler Master MWE 500 for this budget range, the other choices are really bad.
