[SOLVED] Bottleneck issues with the GPU

I've a Intel i3 3220 along with 4GB ram and zebronics motherboard. I've purchased a Nvidia GT 710 2GB DDR3 so I want to know if my GPU will bottleneck with the CPU or not.

For 720p gaming at reduced in-game details(lowest), you'll be fine. If you're not gaming and is only meant for watching Netflix or such, you're fine!

I'll mainly use it for daily use like music, movies, photoshop etc. and sometimes casual gaming. Can I play GTA V in low or mid settings?
