bottleneck my pc graphics card

i plan to buy a graphics card(4gb gtx 770 for future games). ineed to know whether it wil bottle neck my pc.if so what should i change.
my pc specs
processor:intel i5 2400
mobo:intel dh67vr
ram: 3X4gb(1333mhz each)

some CPU intensive games are used to draw much processing power from CPU which disbalances the CPU-GPU working . so then CPU become to bottleneck high power GPU
