Guys I just bought new pc. It has all new parts except Gpu. Gpu is used and its OC. I downloaded newest AMD gpu driver and set evry setting for best performance. Im playing game Squad and im getting some really bad Fps. Im playing on lowest settings and my Cpu and Gpu usage are very low. Cpu usage is not going over 30% and Gpu is randomly jumping from 0-100% . If you guys could help me I would be very happy, thanks. ( sorry for bad english )

My pc specs:
Cpu: Ryzen R5 1600 3.6 ghz
Gpu:Rx 580 8 gb OC ( used )
Ram: Gskill 16 gb ram 2133
Mobo: A320M- HDV R4.0
SSd: 480 gb kingstone

Solution
PSU model?

Monitor resolution?

The memory is very slow for AMD Ryzen, the difference between 2133 & 3200/3000 could be as high as 25 FPS but also will reduce or eliminate large FPS dips. Looking at your problem/specs I suspect this to be at the very least part of your problem.

Thanks for reply. Should I overclock my RAM?
My psu is Akyga ATX power supply
And monitor resolution is 1920x1080
