Will i5 4460 bottleneck rx 560 or 1050ti
And which one is better considering that rx 560 costs 160euros and 1050ti 200euros in my country

I'd opt for 1050ti for 40$more, it's frame rate is fair bit higher.

I was looking at some yt videos 1050ti vs rx560 there wasnt that big of a difference between these two like ~ 5-10 fps in most games

Im not sure then i want to play all the new triple A games but idk if the difference in fps would be higher with 1050ti that much that its worth 40euros im fine with 60 70 fps i know its not rtx 2080

Well you want somewhere around 60fps to match your monitor (60Hz is it?), both cards can do at least 60fps in a lot of games with the right graphic settings, mostly medium settings with some set to high i suppose @ 1080p. I personally would go at least a GTX 1060 for AAA games. 1050ti/570 are quite mediocre but if budget doesn't allow then fair enough.
