Rn I have an i5 9600k and I was wondering if it would bottleneck an rtx 2060 super?

No, it won't. Those components can be seen together very often in entry-level gaming rigs. You will probably start to see a bottleneck at 2070 Super paired with that processor. It should work just fine.
