Bottlenecked PC? or just being picky?

Hello!

Just got back into playing games, bought myself an ASUS GTX750 1GB GDDR5 OC edition video card. If i get back into it a bit more then i will probably upgrade to a 660 OR 760.

Okay so, will run WoW on ultra @40-50fps, and @10-20fps in the high load areas, and most games on high settings, but its not fantastic!

Ran Heaven Benchmarking program, and the FPS was real low, around 15-18 on Extreme settings.

Is this normal? OR, BIG OR, Is my CPU/Mobo/Ram bottlenecking it?

Here are my Specs :

BioStar A960D+
ASUS GTX750 1gb DDR5 OC
SeaGate 1TB HDD (Only seems to score 5.9 in windows valuation?)
1x Zeppelin 1333mhz 8GB RAM
AMD FX 4130 3.8ghz AM3+ Socket

If anyone has any thoughts, this would be great, i only really play wow and steam games, nothing intense like Crysis or anything like that!

Thanks!!

I found a benchmark of that card here:

Please configure heaven similarly and see if you get roughly the same scores.
Processor is hella bottlenecking that GPU man. It's quite obvious by just looking at the build.
