Bottlenecking Cpu and Gpu?

I want to know if I am bottlenecking my cpu and gpu. My cpu is a Amd fx 6300 and my gpu is a gtx 960.

FX 6300 wont bottleneck GTX 960

GPU load shows that . If not 98-100% , the CPU bottlenecks the GPU. Might use these tools :
GPU-Z ,MSI Afterburner

Drop an extra $10 on this board mate ,the one you've picked is shoddy IMO.
The ud3p is the best 970 board around

You can get the themis for $3 more than the tx3 - the tx3 is decent but the them is is the current best bang-for-buck cooler around IMO.

You could do with adding a front intake fan (the case only comes with 1 exhaust fan)

^ beaten to it while typing - I would stick with an aftermarket cooler though - the 6300 one is rank.
