Bottlenecking i5-3350p and gtx 750ti

Hello i was just wondering if its posible that my i5-3350p is bottlenecking my gtx750ti ... i ask this becuse someone told me if you set a lower resolution your fps will rise, if not your cpu is bottlenecking the card. So i tried to lower the resolution on alot of games , on some i even get lower fps than usual( i dont know how that is possible )but yes that is the case.I also have 10gb of ram if you're wondering.

It wont bottleneck, it might slightly because of your lower clocked "p" class CPU.

Zero chance of bottleneck from the hardware, could be poor game optimization, tempatures etc.
