Bottlenecking the r9 380 gaming 4Gb

Hi guys. Im not very computer educated so i came here to ask about it. I have currently this setup: Cpu: Intel quad Q8400S (2.66 Gb, quad core, 4M of cache)
Gpu: Nvidia GTS 250 1Gb twin frozr.
So i was thinking of replacing my graphics card with the r9 380 gaming 4Gb edition. So will the cpu bottleneck the gpu? Probably yes, but the question is how much? Ty for the answers, and sorry for my bad grammar

I don't think it will bottleneck it much but it will hold it back a bit. It should be a great upgrade though
