So for the specs they are as follows
CPU: i3 8350k upgraded into i7-9700k
RAM: 8GB RAM
MOBO: MSI B360M GAMING
PSU: Fractal Design 450W Integra
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB Palit
SSD: 1TB Samsung EVO 970
So I upgraded the cpu from the stated and I had to update bios to support 9th gen cpu. I bought myself a new pc in late oct/nov can't remember exactly when and I decided I could give my younger brother my old pc since it was still working fine. But for no reason at all he tried playing around in bios cus he said temp were high when they were fine around 65c in games and I had 0 temp issues before but he wanted to disable turbo boost on cpu. And so for some odd reason he updates to bios he said and apparently he messed up somewhere cus it stopped recognizing the cpu and showing red light on ez debuf (not even booting up to anything, pc does go on but no display whatsoever and I cannot get into bios. Knowing that it cannot support i7-9700k since he did clear cmos (resetting bios to default) i found the i3-8350k and put it in, but still having the exact same issue. I have however not screwed the cpu heatsink completely down but it is still enough to touch the cpu. However I still think it should atleast get into bios/windows just with higher temp. So far I've tried both cpus, ive tried booting without a gpu, ive tried booting with gpu, tried booting without ram and with 1 ram stick still same issue and no display. Ive tried boosting with dvi-d cable and hdmi cable still no display. So I'm here asking what could be the problem? since it was working PEREFCTLY fine when I gave it and the only thing that has been done is a cmos bios reset meaning it should still boot into the bios with the i3-8350k
