[SOLVED] Bottom Pcie not working

I have two 1080 it’s that I’m trying to run I used to run them on my old mobo but this brand new mobo I have which is a Strix z270e bottom pcie slot the pcieX8 slot I think it is doesn’t work but the other gpu on the pciex16 slot is working and idk if there’s something I could do to fix it or not in the bios menu or if there’s a switch please help

The ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E has three PCI-Ex16 expansion slots. The top one is x16, the middle one is x8 (these are the two you use for SLI). The bottom PCI-Ex16 slot is x4 and cannot be used for an SLI configuration.
