I got this pc from Ibuypower. It has a good pc spec. This first time buying tower instead of laptop. Laptop is fine when going to place but it drain your battery life when gaming.
iBUYPOWER - SlateMR Gaming Desktop - https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypo...tx-2060-6gb-480gb-ssd/6480156.p?skuId=6480156
AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB Memory, NVIDIA RTX 2060 6GB, 480GB SSD

During my free time I've been trying to figure out how to fix it but still can't figure out what the cost problem is.
When I got the product, I made sure all the connectors were on. Update PC windows, cpu and gpu. When I remove the software it turns off.
The PC turned off but the fan was still running then the PC fan completely turned off after a few minutes. LED for keyboard and fan still on but mouse is off.
The PC completely turn off then start up without display
Apparently my bios get reset to default

So far I reseating gpu and ram. Front LED did stop working (idk if moving cable from after left corner cost problem)
I use windows memory diagnostic to see if ram is faulty. The ram seems fine.
Temperature of the pc is fine. my room is about 80-100f/26.6-37.7c.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You might want to take the side panel off and inspect the prebuilt for the make and model of the PSU. It's advertised to have a 600W unit but the make and model of the unit isn't mentioned. The motherboard you have, per the CPU-Z screenshot, tends to indicate that the board is bespoke to iBUYPOWER...which isn't a good thing.

Take it back to Best Buy for a refund or exchange. This is their problem not yours.
